Sondermind is doing really great at easily connecting to people with insurance and disabilities. It's a lot better to be able to get a hold of someone over the phone via video call then is to go into an office however many miles away. So, having this resource available for everyone is not only important but very convenient as well! Thank you for making this a great experience. The counselors are professional and truly care.

Andrew is a very respectful and engaged listener. I feel that he's leading me in conversations that hit on subjects that I need to pay attention to, and I'm being guided with helpful resources and interesting web links that aid in my own self-discovery.

I was very skeptical about trying to find a counselor online. But this experience has been awesome. She is very caring and listens well. She does give me little pushes to get me headed in the right direction. She gives me little assignments that make me think and pushes me a little outside of my comfort zone which is what I need.

She listens to my concerns, cares about my feeling and addresses all of them in a way I can understand and apply in my life. She is caring and compassionate. I am very satisfied with her care.

Paulette is an amazing therapist and she is a great listener. She assists me in unpacking my feelings and helping me to understand what I really need to gain from therapy. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends. Kudos to Paulette today and always!!

I lost complete trust in everyone at Sondermind. I scheduled an appointment online and waited at least a week for an appointment. During that time I received continuous reminder messages about my upcoming appointment. When the appointment finally came the therapist said he scheduled my appointment for the next week. I didn't get 1 single reminder. I missed the appointment because I could not find it on the app or anywhere. Then I get a charge for $105.00 a no-show fee. I tried to explain but the customer service is horrible. I'm still waiting for a return call from the escalation team. I even contacted the therapist about it. All I got were excuses that it's not his area. I asked why he couldn't tell me when I messaged him earlier that I had a no show. He told me he doesn't know anything about appointments or a schedule for the day. He just answers to whoever is there. They were supposed to help with anxiety etc. But all they did was make it worse and acted like they enjoyed it. I lost all trust I received a message from Sondermind after I posted this review and was told they don't take complaints online. If you read the review. I'm waiting for a call from the escalation team. The customer service rep told me when I CALLED that he escalated my complaint and like I said. No return call.

It took weeks to get an answer and the account still says unable to verify your insurance information.
