I'm sure there are wonderful professionals on SonderMind, but my experience with this particular therapist was awful. If you are in Tennessee I would not use therapist, KATE TOWER. My experience with this therapist was horribly traumatic. The actual therapy with Ms Tower was more traumatic than the concerns that brought me to therapy in the first place. She could not have cared less. She is the epitome of someone who is in this field for the money. I strongly recommend that if you're looking for a good therapist that you seek care with someone else.

I just love my therapist, she's very kind and she listens to my concerns. I think Sondermind is doing very well, because it's nice to be in your own home and be really comfortable because concealing is hard to do, so when you can do it in your own home is great

My therapist consistently reviews our therapy goals and makes thoughtful suggestions according to those goals. I feel very supported and able to be open and honest even with difficult topics.

I am feeling much more confident, not nearly as depressed. I feel a whole lot better if Congress would just fix themselves, but that’s beside the point. I’m learning to take one day at a time learning not to overreact so quickly guess I said that wrong only not to overreact. I’m really enjoying the conversations with the doctor. He has a ability to see what I’m talking about and help guide me to make the right decisions.

The therapist listens to me, lets me talk about what’s happening and on my mind. She understands my needs to keep some of the things I say to us. The only thing I might say is no note taking I don’t know if it’s a problem or not. But it makes it more discrete.

Liz is so very caring and compassionate. She moved at my pace and checks in constantly. I really enjoy seeing her.
