Sketchy before I ever even got started
Sketchy before I ever even got started. I chose a therapist thinking I would see the cash pay price. Nope. It booked them, then said to finish my profile. I go to do that. Ok basics, name, address, city zip, phone then your card number? I'm curious who is putting in a credit or debit card number for a completely unknown amount? It could be $100 it could be $200. I don't know there is no mention anywhere on the site or on the chosen therapist page. I cancelled that appointment immediately. Such a shame I thought that particular therapist would be a good fit. NEXT. Probably a scam to get info don't fall for it.

My provider has allowed me to be me.
My provider has allowed me to really open up and be vulnerable which is something I have had a hard time doing. In just 4 sessions I am already seeing how I am processing things so much more, and understanding how to respond to really hard situations. He has been wonderful for me in this hard time.

Excellent therapy session
With the Christmas holidays, we hadn't met for a few weeks. (that was by my choice.) We picked up right where we needed to be. Krista listened and provided excellent feedback, challenging me to look at some key issues. I feel like I walked away more confident and with a new skillset to handle situations.

Worst company for mental health care!
In the beginning they were great. As time went on, they became VERY horrible! They don’t have a way to contact them by phone, when you send an email they take weeks and sometimes months to respond, yet they continue to bill you incorrectly & charge your card on file. If I didn’t love my Therapist I would have left a long time ago. They literally create anxiety!

Negative experience with SonderMind was…
My experience with SonderMind was extremely disappointing. There was zero communication, zero compassion, and no respect for my time or mental health. I felt completely unsupported as a patient. The only resolution I am seeking is an apology and a refund for my last visit. I will never use this service again.
