My therapist herself is amazing! I cannot say enough great things about her. However, Sonder mind the company that she works for, they suck! Don’t ever try to get a hold of their billing department because they don’t have anyone who truly reaches out to you in a timely manner and when they do, they can never resolve the situation and it is always through email never a live person. So don’t ever reschedule an appointment even if you’re within your time frame to do so and not get charged because they will charge you anyway, and you can never reach anybody to dispute the claim or to get your money back!!!! That has happened to me on several occasions where I was before the 24 hour reschedule. I still got charged for appointments and I did not see her. My therapist is the only reason they’re getting two star.

My therapist is Darcie Hamm. She’s beyond amazing. She has helped me with my journey to heal from a critical incident. She’s very compassionate. I have referred others to see her because of how well she has and continues to help me. It is a great day when I see her name weekly on my calendar.

My provider covers in every session that I started with her all my issues and concerns that we both have noticed a improvement in my mental health.

My therapist, Zack has been extremely supportive and professional. He suggests exercises I can practice to help my illness. He is always upbeat which makes the session more enjoyable. He is easy to talk to and asks insightful questions to try and ease the debilitating effects from my illness. He has been extremely helpful!
