I recently used Sondermind to meet with a new therapist, and she was ok, but this was a site that accepts my insurance. I have been in therapy long term under the same plan and am well aware there should be a 10 dollar copay only. They charged the whole service to my debit card and have not followed up on the multiple tickets I have submitted.

Zach is an exceptional provider who balances incisiveness with well-tune emotional affect. I highly value our collaboration, his role as a thought partner, and would highly recommend him to anyone else seeking these qualities in a therapist.

Dr Beckman is a good fit as she understands my weaknesses along with my strengths to give me the best care possible. She’s informative and has great ideas/treatment plans for my particular needs

My provider is wonderful. She listens and hears me. She directs me into the things I want to work on. I do have a problem with Sondermind itself. Their website and app. Are a continuous problem getting logged into.
