very bad quality printers. i have bought two of them since 4 years now and i always have problems. i am not buying a Brother printer again.

Imprimante laser après 4000 pages d'impression. Suite à la derniere mise à jour du micrologiciel l'imprimante ne se met plus sous tension: Il faut proceder à une réinitialisation en débranchant le cordon secteur. Après tout est OK pour la journée. Le lendemain rebelotte ... Après plusieurs manipulations (réinit usine etc) appel au SAV pour signaler le pb. Reponse obtenue : votre appareil n'est plus sous garantie, il s'agit d'un problème mécanique veuillez appeler un dépanneur ! Bref, on se moque du client !

Brother Drucker Trommelfehler - neue Originaltrommel gekauft. Brother verlangt auf meine Kosten die Trommeln auf meine Kosten Euro 20- nach Bochum zu senden. Sie glauben nicht, dass es Original Trommeln sind, obwohl ich Rechnung über Originaltrommel vorgewiesen hatte. Einfach unterirdisch dieses Service.

We have a Brother Printer and after about 1 year about a total of 50 pages it quit working. What a piece of crap.

I sincerely believe that you have never tested or used the MFC-J5740DW model of your printers/scanners, because if you had, you would have thrown them out the window immediately. I find it incomprehensible that you can sell such a model. I can't judge the other models, but this is my second purchase of this one, and I bitterly regret it. It's just incomprehensible!!! I have no explanation to give, I don't understand. Even a photo taken with my cell phone gives much better results. Please explain to me what is going on?. How can a company of your reputation end up like this? With many regrets!

For Brother, I’m not sure — I think even one star is too much. They seem interested only in selling their poor-quality printers, but provide no proper phone support when something goes wrong. No one should buy from them anymore. Maybe then they will realize that selling products also requires real customer support, including phone service for fixing issues. I will never buy from Brother again.

Ordered a printer and ink. Ink arrived promptly. A month later no sign of printer. Service rep said backordered, waited another week and then they cancelled. Had a phone wait time of a 65 minutes. Will never go to Brother USA again. A negative score would have been better than one star.
