Brother IndustriesReviews of solutions.brother.com

It’s just amazing, it never fails, anytime I have an issue with a company and I look the company up online it always shows a terrible rating. Brother has 1 out of 5 stars and i now see why! This company sucks! I purchased 2 label makers. The short version is, I purchased both, neither works, but for different reasons. The 1st one will not turn on, great product Brother! The 2nd one turns on but won’t print letters on the label tape. I contacted Brother since I spent hundreds on these 2 machines. I got zero assistance. They didn’t even TRY to assist me with troubleshooting, nothing! Any decent company at minimum would have done that! Any good company maybe even could have offered a discount if I bought another new product, not that I would, since I already wasted money on 2 machines, but if they made an offer it would show they give a dam. This company sucks and cares nothing about customers, period. I would NEVER recommend this junk to anyone. I am only posting these reviews so maybe it helps others before they waste their time and money as I did...I just wish someone else had posted how bad Brother sucks before I invested in this company!This company is one of the worst companies operating in America today!

terrible costumer servie we do not recommend to work with this company over 3 hours to just purchase simple ink toner. save ur time go elsewere and the printer is not good the model MFC-L8390CDW IS SLOW TAKES LONG TO PRINT. NOT GOOD TO MANY REGULATIONS STAY WITH HP;

Refused to connect with my laptop. Customer service couldn't provide any solutions. They sent me drivers in a format I couldn't use and said there were no other options. Then they told me to buy a cable--that MIGHT work. Disappointed.

The Brother printer/scanner is only loss of money, it cannot connect to regular windows11 system and simply stays as monument of stupid purchase. I recommend none to buy such useless device.

Well no surprise the ratings suck for Brother, they are the worst company doing business in America today! Total scam along with lazy, incompetent employees....i mean they are the worst...useless! I recently contacted the crooks, to complain both my label makers dont work and besides no helping at all, they are so lazy and incompetent they didn't even offer some kind of troubleshooting help. So now I wasted hundreds of dollars on 2 label makers and neither works. You can always tell how truly bad a company is by how they assist you when something goes wrong! I also spent another 100 just on the tape which is now useless like their company. Not even an apology! O will never buy any products with the name Brother! They are one of the reasons why this country is in the toilet today!!!
