Very disappointing experience with this Brother printer. I have installed the software several times. Each time, it worked for a while and then stopped working again. I have now installed the latest version of the software, but unfortunately, that doesn’t work either. It is extremely frustrating to have to reinstall the software repeatedly and still not be able to use the printer reliably. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Brother printers to anyone.

I purchased a brother home wireless printer about 18 months ago from staples. Nine months in of using the printer the paper tray stopped feeding making a whining sound and then stopping. I returned the item to staples and they provided with a new printers. Another seven months pass and the same issue occurred, i then spent nearly two months trying to contact brother customer service to discuss this issue and what they were going to do to rectify this. Finally after being told by the automated system every time that i would be on hold for 4-7 hours each time and could expect a call back, i finally received said call back on the eleventh attempt. The rep i spoke with seemed annoyed with me request for the assistance i needed, after doing some basic function checks, he told me it was probably not a brother product and a fake. I provided the information he required to confirm that it was a brother product and he then changed to well we offer a 90 day warranty and we cant help you. This is disgusting for clearly a ongoing printer issue for this model. Next it should not take months to reach a representative, Finally brother has such little confidence in its own products that they only offer a 90 warranty. Never by Brother.

We made the mistake of signing up for the Brother Refresh EZ Print service billed at $4.87 per month. We continued to be billed for the service even after we got rid of the printer. They continued to bill us for two years after our last ink shipment. When I finally got ahold of them in August 2026, they told me that monthly fee was non-refundable. They prioritize profits over customer service. I will never do business with Brother Industries again.

Bislang war ich mit meinem Schneideplotter CM920 sehr zufrieden, aber jetzt wird Canvas Workspace abgeschaltet und ich kann dann nicht mehr auf meine mitgekauften Projekte zugreifen, Bei der Plattform Aspira, die als alternative genannt wird kann ich mich mit meiner Gerätenummer nicht anmelden. Auf eine Mail zu Brothers gab es keine Antwort. So rate ich jedem ab so ein Geraät zu kaufen!!!

There brother refresh service socks. I do not recommend taken this subscription service the Brother offers for ink. It is very overrated and not worth the expense. Customer service is terrible. They charged me even when I cancel. Lied and said they would refund my money but never did. DONT GET THIS SREVICE!! CHEAPER TO BUY YOUR OWN INK! Not even worth 1 star!!

ich habe am 3.3.26 eine Brother Nähmaschine gekauft mit Zubehör, Zickzack-, Knopfloch-,Überwindlungs-,Blindstich-,Näh-,und Reißverschlußfuß gekauft. Beim erstmaligen Gebrauch hat sich eine Schraube von der Nähplatte gelöst und war nicht mehr zu fixieren. Ich habe die Maschine am 12.5. zum Händler gebracht, der Sie an den Hersteller/Servicepartner gesandt. Zurückbekommen habe ich die Maschine am 18.6.. Nachdem ich keine Näharbeiten zu erledigen hatte, stand der Karton bis 2.8. in meinem Arbeitszimmer. heute habe ich ihn ausgepackt und mußte feststellen, dass das Stromkabel, das Fußpedal und sämtliches Zubehör fehlte. Die Maschine ist dadurch nicht zu gebrauchen. Ich habe ein Mail an Brother gesandt, da der Chat im Support für dieses Problem nicht programmiert ist und immer wieder nur auf ein Kontaktformular verwies, das ich benützen soll. So funktioniert Kundenservice bei Brother. Nie wieder ein Produkt von dieser Firma.

Habe eine neue Original-Tonerkassette eingesetzt, Fehlermeldung: "kein Toner". Die Kassette wurde 10 Monate zuvor gekauft (Garantie 3 Jahre). Der Service bat mich um Fotos von der Kassette, der Fehlermeldung und der Rechnung. Daraufhin wurde ich aufgefordert, die Kassette an den Service zu schicken inkl. der bereits zuvor erbetenen und zugeschickten Informationen. Die Portokosten hat der Rücksender zu begleichen, dafür würden beim Versand eines Ersatzes keine Portokosten berechnet werden. Mir wurde eine neue Kassette geschickt. Drei Tage später erhielt ich eine Rechnung für eine Tonerkassette "gemäß Auftrag". Großzügig wurde mir ein Service-Rabatt von 75% gewährt und kein Transport berechnet. Von Kosten für den Ersatz der nicht funktionierenden Kassette war nie die Rede. Jetzt habe ich zwar eine funktionierende Tonerkassette, aber sie hat mich 28,22€ und viel Zeit zusätzlich gekostet. Ich finde das Verhalten sehr unseriös.

Unterirdisch schlechter Service. Leder gibt es nicht die Möglichkeit keinen Stern oder Minussterne zu vergeben denn der eine Pflichtstern ist mit Abstand noch zu gut bewertet. Haben vor ca. 8 Monaten einen Drucker "Brother DCP-L8410CDW 3 in 1" Farblaser Multifunktionsgerät gekauft. Jetzzt hat der Drucker plötzlich seinen Geist aufgegeben. An Brother haben wir schon mehere Mails und entsprechend deren Forderungen den Defekt genau geschildert. Nur schleppende vertröstende Antworten, jedoch keine Lösungen.
