Purchased a printer - 0 worldwide warranty coverage Unfortunately, when you are purchasing printer in Europe, by using cross-border purchase, you immediately got into trouble with a warranty support. Saying, if you've purchased printer in DE, BROTHER CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE GmbH will reject to register and service it, and more over communications are held in not so polite form. Support is generally - ground level. You would also not be able to register that on brother.de, if you have address in other country. From good points - while printer works - and no need for a support, things are quite good.

Brother is a Company with 0 Customer service. If you got a problem with your printer they send you a link and you have to deal that by your self. Don't buy any printer from them.

Très mécontante cela fait plusieurs fois que les cartouches d'encre ne sont pas vides (1/3 d'encre si je cumule les 2) et pourtant brother considère que c'est vide !!! je paye une quantité d'encre et j'en jette... je ne recommande pas cette marque

Suite à des dépôts noir sur l'ensemble de mes impressions noir et blanc (impression laser) j'appelle le SAV, le technicien me questionne du coup sur la cartouche noir de marque Brother, ne trouvant pas le problème il me questionne sur les autres cartouches dont la jaune qui n'est pas une Brother, il m'explique que c'est à cause de la jaune qui n'est pas de chez eux... Trouvant cela étrange je décide de changer la cartouche noir qui était une cartouche neuve au passage, le problème est résolu. Je trouve que se dédouaner de ses responsabilités en trouvant de faux prétextes et accusant de ce fait les produits de ses confrères est clairement dégueulasse à mon goût... Ils ne cherchent pas à résoudre les problèmes des consommateurs, ils cherchent à montrer que vous êtes en tord.

MFC-L3750CDW knapp 3 Jahre alt, noch in 3 Jahre Vor Ort- Garantie. Plötzlich zeigt das Gerät an, dass es die Tonerkartuschen (waren noch zu 3/4 gefüllt) nicht mehr erkennt. 3 Original gekauft, diese werden erkannt, aber nicht der noch vorhandener Originaltoner Magenta aus 2020 (für 1000 Seiten). Über 3 Wochen ständig neuer Begründungen, ohne dass Problem gelöst ist. Meiner Meinung nach kann nur ein Softwareproblem sein. Nach Meinung meines sehr erfahrenen Arztpraxis IT-Berater, muss Brother-Kundenservice mit der eigenen Software überfordert sein! Gerät noch in Garantie nach 5 Wochen erst zurück.

Ein Stern ist schon einer zuviel: Ich besitze 4 Brother-Geräte 2 Tinten-MFCs, einen Laser-Drucker und einen Laser MFC. Mein Tinten-MFC J5910-DW macht seit Anfang des Jahres zicken, erkennt volle Schwarz-Patronen nicht und das Gerätedisplay zeigt nichts an. Meldung an Brother; Antwort dafür haben wir keinen FAQs?
