Sales menteurs

Why would you stop me from scanning if I run out of ink? Stop with the subscription model and the ink prices.....

Arnaque totale

Brother customer service reviewed my problem on brand new printer and said it will be replaced under warranty on 12/31/2025. I would receive an email with tracking info when it goes out 2-3 days. it has now been over a week and I have received nom responses from the warranty dept like "it has been approved and we are shipping tomorrow" etc. I call customer service everyday and am told it is still in "pending" status. Whatever that means. Why can't a human call or email me and tell me specifically why it is delayed? I have a small business and need my printer to operate. My printers is one month old and purchase on line through a Brother dealer. This is the worst customer service I have even experienced. All they have to do is call me or email me an explanation. Quit apologizing (what customer service keeps doing) and tell me what is going on. Is that too much to ask?

Terrible. Before they were great now they are the worst in the industry.
