My shower chair somehow lost a foot plate during a hospital trip so I called SB and spoke with Oscar. He suggested continuing the call on FaceTime so he could see the part I needed. He then checked on its availability (it was from an older model), did some problem-solving and figured out how to make it work for my chair, and made sure the replacement part was shipped out that afternoon. It could not have been easier, thanks to Oscar.
