This bath seat is a game changer. I am dealing with a leg injury and I love hot baths, especially on cold nights. I could get into the bathtub, but was re-injuring myself pretty much every time I struggled to get out. This seller has been amazing. They sent the chair already assembled and fully charged. All you have to do is put it in the bathtub. Folded up, it is remarkably small, so this is easy to do. Well it was a bit of a struggle, I managed to take it upstairs by myself with a leg injury. Customer support has been fantastic. I was confused because I had directions on assembling the seat and couldn’t figure out how to do it because the seat was already assembled. I emailed customer service and got a response within a couple of hours. Since the seat arrived fully charged, I managed to misplaced the charger after a month of use. Of course, the day that I ordered another one, I found it. The seller was very pleasant about it and canceled the order.

Great product and a great group of people to work with.

It was nice it was in stock. And shipped right away.

The suckers were utilized while installing the parts, and I used the tech card and bragged about how cool they were.

I actually purchased the shower buddy to help my father transfer from his bed to the wheelchair. He's a 90 year old amputee and needs help getting in and out of the bed now. Shower Buddy works really well as a transfer device! He slides out of the bed onto the Shower Buddy, and then he slides from the Shower Buddy into his wheelchair. Thank you!

I purchased a shower buddy chair about a year ago for my wife and she loves it but wanted a softer cushion. I called up shower buddy they gave me the correct part number and shipped it out on a Monday and got it in early Friday morning it was a breeze to install and she is so happy with the softer cushion.

All worked out! Shipment was timely!
