SB service was quick and responsive
SB service was quick and responsive and their product is high quality and is authentic to the description and pictures online. I would not hesitate to use them and their products again. Buyers should review the return policy before purchasing and understand that return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Great product, but needs some improvements
The glide system is superior! The concept is superior! Very sturdy. However the seat is not as comfortable as past commode over the toilet so my family is having to swap out the two for shower days. I also miss the safety of having an arm handle on the inside edge.

Nicely designed
Fast delivery, well engineered product. Mostly plastic so I don't know how long it will last. Very difficult to set brakes on wheels.

We love our 2nd hand shower buddy tilt…
We love our 2nd hand shower buddy tilt chair. I’ve had to replace the tilt cable and shocks and both experiences have been great. They are very knowledgeable and take time to explain everything from how they work, how to remove and replace them through FaceTime. My only recommendation & reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because of the price. These chairs are ridiculously expensive as is all handicap equipment. If a person is disabled and needs equipment for safety and improved quality of life but their only income is limited, it’s near impossible to afford the needed handicapped equipment. Most times cost is what prevents a disabled person from getting what they need and ultimately that leads to more health problems. I would give 5 stars if cost was more affordable.

sturdy product with the exception of…
sturdy product with the exception of the safety belts that are secured to the frame with a grommet that pulled on the first use ad the plastic locking handle of the head rest that also broke on first use.

New brakes
New brakes The process of ordering replacement brakes was easy and fast. Disapointed I had to replace the brakes on a shower chair less than a year old.
