Good customer service
The part I ordered was listed as sold out. Emanuel in CS emailed and found the part in the warehouse. While I like my SBJ6 chair, I hope I don’t need extra effort to maintain my chair in the future.

This is the second shower chair I have…
This is the second shower chair I have gotten from them. The customer service is awesome in explaining their products. They stand behind each product. I am confident that I have a quality product to use and won't have to worry about it not being strong.

Great Customer Service
Particularly appreciate that representative got on a video chat and helped design the best options for our situation. Wasn't sure if the bath bench would fit and operate properly in the available space. Representative was very helpful. Had me view and take measurements of the area and recommended a perfect solution.

Your lift bath chair is outstanding well-made and easy to set up and use. I would recommend this lift bath chair to anyone needing help with their bathing needs, We now feel safe getting in and out of the bathtub and the cost was good. Keep up the great work in making all seniors safe! Thank you
