SolutionbasedReviews of solutionbased.com

Shipping was extremely fast (Ordered Friday. Received on Monday) and the product was well packed. After two weeks of use, it has proven to be exactly what we needed. Easy to setup and use, perfectly functional, a nice blend/compromise between weight and stability, and has a well written manual. Unlike another source I tried to use, this one has a US-based customer service (I verified with a call) that can handle warranty and/or parts if needed.

Wonderful, great service and quality products. Highly recommend.

Really easy to order replacement parts Quick shipping

Our shower chair has been a life saver. We use it on a daily basis. When one of the wheels became damaged I reached out to the company for a solution. I received a reply within 24 hours with a direct link to the replacement part. Ordering was easy and shipping was processed quickly. Our chair is working like new again.

Love the shower buddy shower/commode chair.

Shipped immediately and was very helpful in what to order to get what I needed to help with my husband. I love my SG 3 slide chair
