The remote control wasn’t included in my package so I had to buy one. I know the company comes out way ahead when it is the responsibility of the customer to keep receipts but do you have ANY idea how many lose them, misplace them, or can’t remember where they put them? It is just money in the coffers. One of the camera’s night capabilities isn’t working-just got the entire system working today but noticed the camera wasn’t working last night. As I can’t find my receipt, I absolutely hate having to call the company. Horrid customer relations.

The sale associate I spoke with was very patient and accommodating. Explained everything clearly and reviewed my order before asking if I was sure of the order and then placed order. The items ordered arrived as the sales associate indicated it would. Prices were reasonable.
