Security Cameras
This is the second time I have ordered security cameras. The first purchase was a better deal as they had the more you buy the lower the price. This second purchase all 4 cameras were the same price. A great place to purchase......easy to maneuver website and excellent shipping! The cameras arrive on schedule and very well packaged!

poor quality and bad PR
I had a bad DVR that failed first with the HDMI cable. So, i had to use the VGA cable. then, a week and a half later the whole unit failed. I spoke with Samsung, they said to go on line and look up the form to send the unit back. The form had a clause that it would take 2 days to evaluate if they would repair the unit. I pulled up the form and tried to fax the form back. The number went to a residence. I e-mailed them twice, I still have not had a response yet. I have half the cameras in place now. If it wasn't such a pain to get them down, I would send everything back.
