I ordered sunglasses 2 weeks ago and over 10 business days ago. I have emailed an inquiry and got a response to wait 7-10 business days. Still have heard nothing about my order being shipped.

I ordered the sunglasses and have never received them, not even any updates...just this request for a survey. So far not impressed. If no update very soon, i will go to the bank and dispute the charge. Dont order, just go somewhere else and buy them. I'm already worried that if i dont like them what a nightmare the return process might be.

No information regarding my order which was placed a long time ago.

I was charged for two pairs of glasses and only received one. In addition to that I emailed and no one got back to me about a refund and or the other pair of glasses missing from my order

So an update on me waiting for my order. My account was charged on the 13th of this month. Still no tracking number. They have been sending emails, however, but it’s still a vague issue, they said that the item was defective and they are having the manufacturer send them a pair to then send me, no window or timeframe. Not sure why they just don’t send me a replacement they have on hand. I’m starting to get the feeling I’ve been scammed.

You have sent me a different color without explanation. And after two weeks with no tracking information communicated to me.

I have not received my order or any communication regarding it, other than an order confirmation and a charge on my card. It has been over 2 weeks. I was sent this link to review my order, but I have not received my order to actually review.

I never received my glasses after they said they were in stock. Took my money and and then didn’t tell me they were out of stock until 7-10 business days later
