I ordered a pair of sunglasses 11 days ago and they still haven't shipped. I needed this as my grandson broke my other pair. Less than thrilled

I wish I could say it was great, but the system kept buffering when I was trying to sign up to get 20% off. I went into the check out page to see what the total cost was and if the discount, somehow, auto populated, however I never completed my purchase. But, when I went into my email, I had a purchase confirmation and a receipt. I wanted the glasses, but I was looking at a different company whose coupon activated and I would have paid less.

In-store customer service was excellent, informative and helpful. Packaging and quality control was terrible. When I received the package ordered (Gucci sunglasses), the only content inside was the sunglasses in the case. It wasn't in an item box --which is the case with most luxury brands, or even a plastic seal. No bubble wrap, nor scrap paper, nothing to secure the item. Upon inspection, the sunglasses had makeup along the nose pads. A week later, I decided to return the item. When I returned the item in-store, the manager informed me there were light scratches along the lens. Fortunately, I explained the situation and she granted me a return. I'm baffled as to how unobservant employees working in quality control and packaging are.
