Has been over a week and no follow up email for my order, no shipping info. Feels like I got scammed. Never buying here again

I haven’t receive a status update on my order, and I find it odd you are asking me for a review. At least wait till I receive it.

This company takes days and days to ship. I am not sure is the best option. I order a cartier sunglasses that will.take 15 days when i can order the same glasses from cartier website in 3 days they sent it. Mistake done.

Where are the glasses?

Never received the item or any updates. I ordered sunglasses on 12/28 and nothing has happened since then. My order has been unfulfilled and I have been asking service for an update. This was a poor shopping experience that will most likely result in a refund, when I really just want my glasses!

Still haven’t receive any update on my order ordered them before Christmas on the 18th

Paid for sunglasses 18 days ago and never received them and tried to get ahold of customer support nothing. Company is a scam

The glasses have not been delivered even though the app says they have been delivered, and my credit card has been charged. There are no phone numbers anywhere for me to contact anyone to figure out where the heck is my package. I feel like I have been scammed. Very disapointed in the non-existing customer servive
