this website is a fraud they just took my money and never shipped anything out want personal information and pictures of my id and credit card which i never in my life had to do

Potential Scam. The label was created over a week ago and it has never been sent. The customer service phone number has a recording saying it was spooked, whatever that is. I think this may be a rip off site. Glad I used Paypal, So I can get my money back. Beware of this site

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I’ve been waiting two weeks for my order with no updates. Can’t even get a response about my order. $200 paid and radio silence. No sunglasses. You’ve been warned!

I placed my order and have not received any tracking update in over a week. Also problematic is that there is no contact information in the one confirmation email I received for my order. I believe I’ve been scammed, stay away from this company!

My experience was extremely disappointing. I received the wrong pair of sunglasses. Mistakes happen, but what was most frustrating was the company's response. Rather than immediately shipping the correct item that I had already paid for, I was asked to spend additional time and effort fixing an error that was entirely on their end. As a customer, I fulfilled my obligation the moment I paid for the product. Solstice failed to deliver what I ordered, yet expected me to bear the inconvenience and delay caused by their mistake before they would correct it. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you're willing to risk long delays and a frustrating resolution process if something goes wrong with your order.
