The glasses were so wide that it kept falling off

My order has not been shipped yet and it’s almost 2 weeks .

Almost 2 weeks after my original order it was canceled. I ordered another pair of frames I thought were interchangeable but when they came, they did not fit my lenses. Due to the ridiculous restocking fee it wasn’t worth returning the frames so now I’m stuck with a pair I cannot use overall terrible shopping experience.

Sold glasses that didn’t compare to ones in store. Returned but never got my money back Do not buy from this company

Took forever to get here after I called 3 or 4 times hearing the same old story they should be here any day then we'll ship them straight to you ridiculous

My order has yet to ship yet and its been more than 15 days. Nobody has any idea where my order is at, when it will ship, why it hasnt shipped. Only information is known is that its being shipped from italy but from where and by whom? Very poor business motto.

Never could get a tracker on shipping,, or get into contact with any support about it. Had to ask my credit card company to refund me the money I had already paid when I made the online order,,,,,and they did. Never heard a word from this coming again,,,,,,until now. Never received them either way or why answers.

Waiting for my order I made which was June 12,2026 and it’s July 1,2026 and it still have be not been delivered 😠🙁
