My experience with Solo has been an EXCELLENT experience. To start out, filling the form to begin was a very easy process and the wait time was in the 24hr grace period. Solo keeps you informed of each step of their process and the outcome was terrific. I had questions and they replied within the time period between 24 hr and 48 hrs. Solo is very patient with you. They were very patient with me.
