They ruin lives!! They have a third party Litigation Law Firm they work with. It's called AMERILIT. The legal counsel there hides and scams under the umbrella of a (Private Corporation) which let's them get away with everything, with no ramifications for them. That should have been a red flag! It's hard to not panic when you're being sued, and they take FULL ADVANTAGE of their victims duress. I barely had the fee for the premium service. I just opened a letter from an Attorney for the Plaintiff. It said I lost by Default!!!!! They never or submitted an answer or submitted it late to the summons!! I received another summons and only then I called to have her tell me I had to pay $30.00 to file a summons OR REIMBURSE THEM IF THEY WERE TO PAY!! I told her sure, whatever was necessary. She even told me that they were granted an extension!! I never received any correspondence stating the progress of the case. I want to die!!!

Used their answer for a summons. Had court a few days later. I paid the fee for the answer letter as well as the court filing fee. Because they didn’t e-file, they used snail mail, I had to pay another court filing fee. $267 bucks later they don’t reply to emails. Do it yourself. They are chasing dollars period.

Emailed Solosuit prior to my consultation with an attorney. About three days after emailing Solosuit I got a reply. The woman in the email tells me I have to file a response with the court before I can do anything else. The price for that is $240 plus tax. Luckily, I consulted with an attorney the following day. I was informed that a response is not required in my state for general sessions/small claims court. Additionally, I discovered from the attorney I may have grounds for a dismissal. Solosuit had the same information I gave the attorney; however, I received advise that was the polar opposite from that of the attorney. I would have made a mess of my case had I followed Solosuit's advice plus been out of $240. Please do yourself a favor consult with an attorney before using this service. In my opinion they just want the $240.

Save yourself from a disastrous potential outcome... It is with great sorrow that I am compelled to write this review. I made the mistake of taking the statements and guarantees on their website as fact, and as far as I am being told today by an actual lawyer... I am completely ruined because of it. I am unsure why they could ever let something like this happen, and why upon realizing their failure to complete the service that is so vital to my case they just didn't do anything to ensure things would be recoverable. You know if you are considering SoloSuit that it is *vital* for your answer to be sent within a specific timeframe. They tell you as much multiple times on their website, FAQ, and throughout articles. I would say as someone not knowing much coming into all of this, that after reading the article they wrote and then reviewing the SoloSuit website the *one* biggest takeaway I had was: Respond, and do it now/soon/before the deadline! SoloSuit mailed my response 26 days after I completed my answer and paid for the service, 25 days after I signed the answer, and 24 days after they confirmed to me in writing, "Your order has been mailed" The court's deadline was 20 days from when I was served. What do you think happened?... I just *SO BADLY* wish I would have just gone to the bank and gotten a cashier's check and mailed the answer myself... I cannot express how foolish I feel for trusting them with something so important.

I highly recommend you look elsewhere. I used this service with the expectation that they would send my documents in a timely fashion that they had promised on their site. I paid my court fee and their fee and then proceeded to wait. USPS never received the documents and SoloSuit tried blaming it on them. They said they would resend the documents even though they would never get to the court in time and then I still never got updated tracking numbers. They refuse to contact me about a refund even after I paid the filing fee and filed the documents myself. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They will just steal your money.

Started off very responsive. I then needed to file another answer with the court and haven't heard back. I followed up and still haven't heard back. It has been about 2 weeks and the issue is time sensitive. I assume they are just understaffed or some other issue. But I cannot recommend this service.

Please guys handle this company with careful hands. They have no 1 800 number; and they are not responsive to emails. This is especially concerning because the services they claim to provide are time sensitive. This is one of their marketing points, however it is not true. I have tried their services twice for a response to an Unlawful Detainer in California and both times they waited 2 days to let me know they could not complete the services and with no reasoning why! They refunded the money but that doesn't help, it is now Friday and I needed this answered as soon as possible...you think they care? NO They have a link that manipulates you into thinking you can set up a 15 min phone conversation with their support team....the kicker is when you use the link they have no opening from now until July. Somebody please report these people, they are ruining lives and I guarantee if you google, they already have law suits against them for this type of practice. Do yourself a favor and file the answer yourself.

I filed two answers, two separate special civil lawsuits. The premium went thru I check on courts website the standard did not. I contacted them and they said they will look into it. It’s a week later and nothing. As they are aware it is time sensitive. Ver poor response or ability to reach them.
