The cabinet veneers peel and chip, the last of my cabinet doors came several months after my first cabinets arrived. Hinges broken.....not work the aggravation. Salesman was great

We have had an excellent experience in dealing with Solid Wood Cabinets, so far. The remodeling of our Kitchen is not yet completed, but the process of selecting, purchasing and receiving our delivery has been a very good experience. Pommy was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful in assisting us in selecting and ordering the products that we needed for our project! The cabinets were delivered exactly when promised, by very careful delivery people and Celeste was fabulous in helping us with some very small issues in completing our order perfectly! I will be very happy to send pictures of our Kitchen when completed as I am sure it will be beautiful! My opinion so far is that the value of the Solid Wood Cabinets is outstanding! The products and service that we have received are just as promised and expected!

As a contractor we have used several other suppliers. High quality product especially given the price point. Looks like custom cabinets. Great selection allows semi custom designs. In stock so no time lost on job. Used these cabinets in my home.

I had shopped around looking at kitchen cabinets at all of the big box stores. I also had a quote of getting custom made cabinets. Nothing matched the quality and price that could fit into my kitchen budget. The solid wood cabinet company was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a remodel. One thing I would remind when do a kitchen is that the final outcome is very dependent on you skills . Don't just think " well Ill save thousands on quality cabinets by hanging them myself." THATS NOT SO !!! Labor is the most important part of a quality job. They look outstanding with a showroom finish when done correctly. I had two items that had damage upon delivery and my sales women Karen took care of the problem ASAP. I would highly recommend her . All in all the entire job took me 6 months of research and hard work but I ended up with a kitchen that I am proud to say " I did it myself " with craftsman ship that is second to none.

This was one of the best buying experiences that I've ever had. With the quality of the cabinets and the good sale price, we really didn't consider any other dealer. Our salesman, Jim Lippert was very knowledgeable and patient. He made suggestions, but never tried to sell anything more than what we needed. The cabinets took a little longer to arrive than expected, but we wanted to wait for the full delivery. There were no major issues with the cabinets. The guys making the delivery were very courteous and did a complete inventory with me. A few things had to be exchanged due to some scratches or dents, we didn't expect everything to be perfect. Everyone in customer Service was very pleasant, the service rep that I dealt with was Francesca Kacala, she was extremely helpful and accommodating. I don't think she could have been any nicer. I was able to do the exchanges at the warehouse and she always made sure that my time spent there was minimal. At the warehouse, Justin who pulled the exchanges always took the time to look over and inspect every item with me. The cabinets are in now, the granite was just installed today and the finishing touches will be made shortly. I am very pleased with everything. The staff's professionalism and great customer service was very much appreciated. It made this project a good experience. Thanks so much SWC.

Prior to finding Solid Wood Cabinets, we went to a well known kitchen design store. There were many choices, various qualities and many decisions to make. In addition, the salesman drew up a plan showing the items I had requested. We did not pursue them because the wait time would be approximately 6-8 weeks and I was anxious to have it done sooner. I found Solid Wood on the internet and it was convenient to our home and stated delivery could bed 7-10 days. The salesman at the Brick town store, Anthony, listened to my desires and went to our home to measure. His design included everything I wanted and more and the cost was half of the quote from the previous vendor. He was available whenever I called and made suggestions which he thought might help. Solid Wood arranged a date for delivery and called the night prior and 2 hours prior to arriving. They were careful in setting the boxes as requested by our contractor. The final step was to hire a contractor, Pavoni Home Improvement, and we were so lucky. They performed the work in the time I requested and exceeded our expectations with the electrical, plumbing and installation. The kitchen is beautiful and I feel fortunate to have had such a wonderful experience. I would and have recommended this to all who have been to our home.

The people I have dealt with are professional. The salesman was caring, observant and knowledgeable. When I spoke / e-mailed office personnel, they were / are courteous, and knowledgeable also. A class outfit , altogether .

Had a few bugs to iron out, sent one wrong piece out of fifteen. It was a change-order and in the end they let me keep the wrong piece also, as it was probably cheaper than paying to get it back. Everything came in great shape, no damage. Everything fit nicely considering we did the computer layout in the showroom and not on site. Some of the doors / drawers didn't close properly and they offered to send a tech out immediately to make adjustments. Overall, I'm happy
