Picked up my families christmas gifts today, all on sale :) Staff is very helpful.

As a person who tries his best to stay indulged in all current trends of fashion and hip-hop culture sometimes I find it difficult to a place where the staff is as involved with the customer, I came into the store, not knowing what I was looking for truth be told it looked like a vibe before I even came in but every step along the way down to the final purchase, I was met with nothing but good energy

I’m giving them 1 star because zero isn’t allowed. I pre-ordered the Rare Air 4’s because my size usually sells out fast. The price I paid was nearly double retail value, but the closer we got to the actual release date SoleSeriouss lowered the pre-order price. I was thinking “Why not send me the difference?” My order didn’t get made a priority even though I pre-ordered like 3 months in advance. They actually didn’t ship my order out until I sent emails inquiring about it. By that time I got the shoes for retail price, and I immediately sent them back to the store. After getting an unwanted gift card since they don’t do refunds I eventually ordered something. This current order I’m waiting on has four items with two of those items being shoes. It’s been over a month now and I haven’t yet to receive the shoes or any kind of update on the status with it being in the same status it was in once I purchased them. I sent an email and was told I would receive a response with an update immediately. That was 10/22/25. I have sent multiple emails with one stating that I’m not trying to be difficult or rude, I’m just trying to get my items with some good quality customer service. I know I’m not asking for too much. I’ve tried to speak with someone at the store but I’ve never gotten an answer and their voicemail isn’t set up. I’m not even trying to take money out their pockets. I just want what I ordered.

Great customer service

Comms initially were good, however they became same old same old, no movement at all, apparently my goods are in Cardiff! Where they have been for nearly a month. Original order made in September, still not arrived.

I ordered a pair of shoes over 2 weeks ago. The shoes were already released. The item stated "1 more left in this size". I placed my order expecting to receive it in about 3 days or so. I paid $400 for my Jordan 4 Tokyos. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails. I have used their "contact us" method on the web page and no one has responded. I have tried calling and no one has picked up. I just want my sneakers.

. I pre ordered Jordan 5 fire reds because I was working on release day and didnt want to miss out on them. This Saturday will be a month since release day. I’ve emailed twice now and left a message through the customer service link and haven’t gotten a reply from either. Very disappointed so don’t believe the positive reviews you read. There has been zero communication besides order and payment confirmation Update 10/10/25: After another email I got an apologetic response for the delay and no communication and they’re supposed to ship out Monday on express delivery. Hopefully they’ll be here by the end of the week and I’ll give a final update. 10/18/25: The shoes were delivered today. Besides the delays and communication issues they are exactly what I was expecting and what I paid for. They did make it right
