I ordered my foam runners on Sunday, the 11th, and they delivered today, the 14th. The shoes and the shoe box came in great condition. I will definitely order from them again

We were so happy to find our teen’s size in the shoe they want, but got an unpleasant surprise of $125 in fees upon delivery. The shoes themselves were just over $200. I understand we need to pay a duty tax, but a large part of that was another fee
Response from SOLE SERIOUSSJun 11, 2023
Hey Lindsay, We're sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied with your order and truly apologize for any inconveniences experienced. Please note that these duties/customs fees are quoted and charged by your countries border/customs department, not us. We also outline in our policies and terms that these duties/customs fees must be paid by you the customer in order for your shipment to be released by the carrier. We are currently working a way to collect the duties upfront at checkout to avoid any surprise fees upon delivery. We look forward to providing you with the best possible service in the future. If there is anything else we can look into, please contact us at https://soleseriouss.com/pages/contact-us Best regards, SOLE SERIOUSS
