After I gave them the CORRECT shipping address information, my order was sent to an address in a totally different zip code and I never got my package. After reaching out to Soleseriouss, and sending them and sending a picture of the tracking number WITH the WRONG ZIP CODE, they said that my package maybe waiting at the post office, however, the picture of the TRACKING CODE INFO stated that the package was DELIVERED to the wrong address and zip code. I asked them to resend my shipping info and they send the CORRECT info, so they made the mistake AFTER the order was placed. After I pointed out THEIR mistake, they stopped responding. Poor customer service and failure to take responsibility or offer a refund, so I had to dispute the charge with my bank.
