I ultimately had to demand a full refund as the order never actually shipped. Summary of the Experience (Order #3852, May 2026): • Deceptive Advertising: Despite advertising a "next-day" delivery service, my order was never dispatched from their facility, even after nearly four weeks of waiting. The company's website continued to advertise rapid shipping timelines to new customers, which is blatantly false advertising. • Repeated False Promises and Contradictions: Customer service provided daily, empty reassurances to "not worry" and promises that tracking would update "tomorrow," none of which were fulfilled. I was given conflicting information, first being told the order would be split into two shipments, and then later being told the full order would ship together. • Lack of Transparency: On multiple occasions, the support team claimed the order had been "dispatched", was "in transit", or had been "passed to our shipping team", yet the courier's tracking consistently showed that the parcel had not even been received by them. • Poor Resolution Handling: The company offered a "complimentary item" as compensation, only to offer a second, separate "free item" days later, showing a complete lack of internal tracking or accountability for their own promises. When I expressed my frustration and threatened a chargeback, the company responded by telling me to "stop threatening us". I strongly advise you to avoid placing orders with this company. It took me nearly a month of constant effort and demands to receive a simple full refund for an item that was never shipped.

I ordered 4 items on April 13. I received 3 items a few days later. I didn't receive any emails to let me know that an item was out of stock. I had to chase them to find out what was happening. It's been 6 weeks now and I'm still getting excuses that it's going to be "next week" . Products are very cheap quality. Temu level not the high quality they portray on the website. Scammers
