Lied on the website about delivery date. Has a count down timer saying order now for next day delivery and it took about 10 days coming from china. However got my vest and am happy with the product. Wouldnt order anything more adventurous from them though.

Order received on time but not the correct color of the item

I ordered 3 items from Soleetal-raws, Pair of shorts, Tee shirt and a long sleeve Tee shirt over 4 months ago, I have emailed over 5 times, the 3rd time, I received an email telling I would get a notification from UPS soon. That was months ago, and I haven't received a reply from them, so I passed it on to my credit card company to pursue the case for me & retrieve the money I paid. What upsets me the most, is that I was looking forward to the items because they looked like top quality materials. So all I can do is wait for the credit card company to get back to me. Please if any one has had any experience like this please get back to me or if they've had a good experience get back to me so I can understand what the problem might be. Kind Regards Ade Okubule
