Great service

If you happen to enjoy the thrill of paying for goods you will never receive, Raws is undoubtedly the retailer for you. I am currently missing a vest from Order #2532, which was partially delivered well over two months ago on March 26, 2026. At the time, the store proudly informed me they were shipping the vest separately so I wouldn't be kept waiting. The irony is truly staggering, as it has now been months of relentless, tedious back-and-forth communication. Instead of my actual merchandise, I have been treated to a predictable weekly comedy routine of empty promises, with customer service continually assuring me the item will ship "next week" or "in the next few days". Incredibly, this is the second time I have endured this exact debacle with this shop. In a moment of entirely misplaced benevolence, I previously removed a negative review out of goodwill because I assumed mistakes happen. That was clearly an error in judgment on my part, as it is glaringly obvious this business is not managed professionally and simply wastes its customers' time and money. If this is how they pretend to run an establishment, they do not have much of a future. I strongly advise taking your hard-earned money elsewhere, as I will now be escalating this farce to Trading Standards.

Items shipped all the way from uk to Australia within 5 days, with continuous updates. The running half tights are some of the best I've felt comfort and quality wise. 2 T-shirts are amazing quality and fit perfect too, would recommend 👍🏻

Ordered a hat on 9th of April, and haven’t received a shipping tracking number or anything from them. This place is a scam

Had a customs issue and the support team helped me through it quickly. The fact the support team was there to help makes me feel comfortable shopping from a non-US online retailer.

Received my items in a fast timely manner took about a week. All items were fire🔥🔥🔥The items were nicely packaged, has no smell & super comfy material quality. I can’t wait to order again!!! Thank you guys for the great customer service.

Amazing customer service and great staff

Like alot of others in these reviews, I ordered before looking at reviews firsthand. It’s been a month and my order still hasnt arrived. Ive recieved no correspondance to notify me of dispatch or delivery. Just radio silence. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Theyre a scam site and don’t even hide it. Genuinely no clue how they get away with it, surely it’s illegal?
