Hi Charity, we show that you closed a deal with us and made a commission. We also show that our concierge team has set up 11 recent opportunities for you but you have only claimed 3 of those 11. You will want to make sure you are available to claim those appointments our concierge team is qualifying and setting up for you

The last possible client had already received and signed a contract on his property. I called him the same day I received his request and contact info. So I don't know if he was checking on his price or the lead was old. Lately the leads have not been useful.

Sorry to hear Jackie - it is rare that a referred client is accepting offers on their home when the appointment is set up. It looks like you have closed 3 deals from SOLD.com referrals so hang in there. You know it works :)

I was grandfathered in in the year 2020. I was promised that my rate would never increase. This became totally untrue. I went out on a limb and renewed on the MUCH more expensive cost with less zip codes. I have received poor leads prior and since. The leads were priced, fairly well, initially thus I remained a client because I was hopeful that something would eventually convert. In addition, I recently closed my first transaction, that I reached out to SOLD for a referral fee reduction. Maria Hill was rude and attempted to advise me on how to run my business. SOLD only gave me a 5% reduction on the commission owed. My client owed too much money to come to the closing table. I had to reduce my commission in order to get my seller to the table, pay my broker and pay SOLD the referral fee of 25% that they finally agreed upon. The 5% was all they would reduce the referral fee by. You would think they would reduce to, at least, half since I had just renewed for fewer zips with at least a triple in cost. I am very unhappy at this point. In addition, Maria Hill attempted to advise me as to how to negotiate commissions and run my own business. That was more than disappointing. I am hopeful of better leads and exceedingly improved customer service.

We are glad to see you got your first closing with us and excited to see you have another lead signing soon with you. Regarding the referral fee, I am pleased we were able to work with you on that. We never reduce our referral fee which is why you may have been met with some resistance from Maria. I am sure we could have handled it better, so I apologize for that. But please make sure you know going into each listing that our referral fee is not negotiable. If you have any questions, please contact our agent support team.

We have not received any leads of quality. They state that they already talked to someone from sold.com (thus you must be sharing the leads), and/or they say they have no interest in selling, or, it is the wrong number. Leads have disintegrated significantly since we first joined.

Don’t buy into this company, they don’t give you what they offer and said is your fault. I track all fake leads and paid 2 different cold calling company and nothing no one answered. The fake leads are not good and they don’t give you what they promised! I got one appointment and seller never answer the phone or the door !

Sold.com is the WORST referral system I have ever seen. The leads they supply are useless. Their vetted leads have expressed they do not realtors contacting them specifically or their contact information isn’t correct. There is NO way I will ever do business with them again. They are very deceptive.

Hi Steve, sorry to hear your feedback. It looks like you have had one listing and one closings with us in just a few months of being on our platform. Not all of the leads will be gold...if it were our service would cost more than what you paid. I suspect you will have a lot more appointments and listings before your initial 12 month term expires which should pay for itself. Please reach out to us at the end of your 12 month term if you are not satisfied.

There is a misunderstanding here . Sold.com was not involved in the sale or in the selection of the real estate agent contrary to what they say. We had been in contact with Sold.com when we looked for a free valuation of the house , months before we decided to sell and we were already working with 2 other agents . Further, I had no contact with sold.com except after the closing. Edited on Dec 12, 2022: another error from sold .com- we did not meet with Bonnie on Feb 26, 2022 and we did not discuss sale options as well with sold.com . They are trying to take credit for an operation they were not at all involved with …..

I do think there is a misunderstanding. We spoke with you and connected you with Bonnie Stein for your free home valuation. You were just exploring options at the time. Bonnie met with you on 2/26/22. You went on to list with Bonnie on 9/5/22. Bonnie then got your home sold and you closed escrow on 11/21/22.We are glad that Bonnie was able to assist you and that she brought enough value through your decision process to ultimately work with you and sell your home!
