The leads I have been receiving lately are not interested in buying or selling. The last one was looking for windows!

So inaccurate!!! I checked out my property and the description was WRONG. Left out a whole bathroom just for starters.

Hi Jo - SOLD.com doesn't list the property or handle the property descriptions. We are happy to reach out to your agent though and address them with this. We just need a little more information to confirm what occurred. Please email us at [email protected]

To be honest I am very dissatisfied with this service. They will send someone to me with no regard for my schedule. I don't just sit around and wait for Sold.Com to contact me. Secondly when I am able to make contact with a possible home seller without fail they will say one of the following. 1. I never filled anything out on line 2. I am just interested in a cash offer. (I have told SOLD.COM we don't do that but they seem to care? 3. I am not interested in selling Try making contact with Sold.com. Good luck with that. I have made several calls and nobody actually picks up a phone and trust me nobody even returns a message. Save your money..

Hi Jeff - Sorry to hear about your experience. Our phone is on our website along with our customer service email. Here they are for your convenience: 844-903-7653 (SOLD) & [email protected]. You also have a dedicated rep who is there for you to assist and make sure you are successful. Sorry to hear that some of the appointments have not gone great. As shared in your onboarding webinar when you first joined, we connect you to real people that have asked to connect with an agent. They may not be ready to sell immediately, they may have an interest in getting a cash offer but we connect them with an agent who can talk to them about what their home is worth or if they have investor buyers for the client. Every appointment we set up has spoken to our team, been qualified to be a real person with real intent on meeting with an agent. Sorry to hear you haven't seen success yet.

Client never responded to calls or texts, or emails to confirm the appointment. Never met with them

SOLD.com represents itself as a qualified lead generation company; but in reality, the leads provided are simple database generated leads that are unqualified. The money for guaranteed display is a waste and quasi fraudulent. I would steer Agents away from utilizing and spending a dime; a waste of time & money.

Hi David - We show that you have gotten 3 listings, closed 2 deals and have 2 additional leads looking to list in the coming weeks. Sorry to hear your feedback given the success you have seen.

Paid $2800 for bogus leads! I have reached out to every single lead who simply are surprised and upset that I'm calling them about selling their home. These leads are not screened, and I wonder if they actually completed a form for an agent to call them given, they have no idea why I'm calling them. Called at least 6-7 leads so far and all bogus in my opinion. I called/emailed the company many times with absolutely no response in a period of months. I have never experienced a real estate lead company that totally ignores our emails w/ a numerous number of concerns. They show no interest in trying to resolve a problem or working with the agent. They were very responsive when selling us the product so there is someone working on the other side but only to take your payment.

Hi Terry, if you are calling the top of funnel web leads and our concierge have yet to reach them, then yes, they may not be qualified yet. We do our best to qualify based on data available (valid email, phone, address name match) but we can only do so much before we get the consumer on the phone. Our appointments we set up are already qualified from our team. You may want to only wait for the appointments if you are having a hard time building relationships with the web leads

Terrible lead generation. Paid $2000 for 3 zip codes and received bogus leads. Worked the 24 leads I got for 6 months with zero real activity. At least half told me they were never thinking of selling, another 20% got mad and asked how I got their name. The concierge was pushy I was told and the one live appointment I actually got was a woman looking for a maid. I was done when I received a lead from a friend of mine and she certainly was not selling her home. Tried to talk to management for months with zero response. Absolutely awful company.

Sorry to hear about your experience, Candice. Agents love our system. It is free to be eligible to receive referrals and some agents chose to sponsor zips which increases their volume with us - which is the $2,000 you paid for 3 zip codes for 12 months. It looks like you have been in touch with Abigail and then our customer service lead, Nicole, reached out when it was escalate to offer coaching and assistance with your subscription. I will forward this to Nicole so she can reach out again to work out a resolution with you.
