Hi Joanna - Our service is to connect homeowners with great providers. We qualified the lead and set up an appointment for you to meet with them and you did and listed the home (and closed the deal). That is the service :) Sorry to hear you feel the service is too expensive. Would you like us to remove you from the agent network and stop sending appointments to you? Just let us know...we would hate to lose you but also respect your decision should you feel our qualified appointments aren't worth it (despite having closed deals from them).

Hi Duc, it looks like you are using our mortgage product. Our mortgage platform is not a ZIP code product. The fee you are referring to was not for sponsoring ZIP codes. We will have someone reach out to you right away to help you better understand the product you purchased and how you can make the most of it.

Congrats on the sale Ashley! Sorry to hear that some of the leads were confused...that's odd. Regarding price point, feel free to reject any appointment that our team sets up if it is a price point that you are not interested in. We can send another agent in the network if it is not a fit. You can specify in your preferences through our agent portal the types of appointments you would like to receive. Hope that helps! Congrats again on the sale...glad we could help!

Also, have you watched any of the best practice webinars on your agent portal? We have agents appear on those webinars who are seeing success and sharing what they are doing that is working. We also share transparent timelines of our lead conversion cycle times and how to best work each lead that comes through. We connect agents with home owners looking to gather information related to their home so if you are approaching the leads as "sellers" you are approaching it wrong. You should approach each lead as a connection, a real home owner who you can build a relationship with and help when they come to list. If you go to your agent portal you can also see how many of your leads are listing with agents - so the opportunity is there. Hi Todd, it appears you are a mortgage professional so your perspective is that of a lender. We are very transparent and open to all our real estate partners that SOLD.com focuses on home owners. That is an important clarification. We DO NOT set up "Listing appointments", so that is a false statement. We focus on connecting home owners with real estate professionals who can help them with their needs and build a relationship with them so they can assist when the home owner comes to learn they are ready to sell their home. While some of our clients do decide to sell quickly, most take time before they sell and are looking to educate themselves (what is their home worth, what options do they have when it is time to sell, should they consider FSBO, should they sell to a cash buyer, etc). All of our partners work with us because they want to be connected with home owners and build a relationship and we have helped thousands of home owners connect with the right people who got the job done for them. You should know by now that no online source exclusively provides leads ready to transact immediately. It takes work and relationship building to earn business with any lead source.
