The referral to partner with Fatima Candiotti at Houlihan Lawrence has been very successful in preparing to sell my home. We are just at the start of showing my home, but I’m already getting very positive attention. Thank you!

Thanks to Sold.com, I was able to find a good RE company / agent that eventually sold my property. If you are looking for a different perspective and to lower agent commission costs, as a broker, Sold.com is a great choice!

My wife and I moved into our home just over a year ago and didn't really know anyone. We missed our coastal lifestyle so we decided to use Sold.com to connect us with a realtor in our area. They were great! We got a fantastic realtor and she had our home under contract in two days. We are so happy!

Found a great agent. But the market cooled to an iceberg and no sale or offers.

The agents you picked for my niece were exceptional in every way. They got her a price for her house that was above my expectations. They were also wonderful people who handled a difficult situation with sensitivity. Thank you for finding Anthony Tart to be our agent.

If you are not sure where to start when selling your home, start at Sold.com. They do the work for you and match you up with the best option depending on your situation. We weren’t in a rush and wanted to get top dollar. We got free reports on our home’s value and the market conditions and were then matched with a pro who helped us get more than we thought out of our home. We went under contract a little early than we wanted but are now glad we sold when we did.

Sold.com was perfect for me. We needed to sell fast while still getting the best price. Sold gave me several options to consider, including a cash offer. We were able to sell our house for a great price in under 30 days. The Sold team was very professional and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
