Sometimes I feel the agent handling the inquiry about SOLD.com services hasn't fully vetted the client. I've been to about 4 appointments that the person I went to see thought I was there as an investor to "write them a check" and buy their property. Sometimes I feel the client is given "too long" to have us come out to their house and by then, the client has changed their mind or has told so many "friends" that they are going to talk to someone about selling their house and it gets "SOLD" before we get out to them.

Congrats on your recent sale, Tommy. We appreciate the feedback. We don't always get it perfect but we are constantly trying to improve. Please note, we set up appointments with consumers at the timeline that works for them, which sometimes is a few days out.
