Hello, I tried to sell home by owner. I was mostly contacted by realtors trying to list my house. After not getting much interest at my house I decided to talk face-to-face with a few realtors. The first few I talk to you were aggressive and wanted me to list right away. Aurora was not pushy and did not try to pressure me to sign a contract. She was professional and personable. Aurora even suggested a higher selling price and gave detailed explanation for her reasonings. The end of the meeting she said she would wait for me to contact her about my decision. After a few days went by she did not pressure me like the other realtors and I finally called her and said I was ready to have her list my house. She came over with the contract and said she would bring a photographer the next day. I said I already have some good pictures and she said she would like to have her professional photographer come over and take the pictures. I said well you know what’s best so that’s what we’ll do. They came over to take the pictures and Aurora asked if she could move some things to make the photos better. I said yes of course and she went to town and started moving stuff and she was definitely right, the pictures turned out great. She was definitely right. A few days after the listing was posted we had a buyer. Some back-and-forth negotiations with Aurora giving me advice, but saying it was my final decision, we had a deal. Aurora handled all of the appointments with the inspection, appraisal and closing perfectly. She even caught an error in the closing papers that no one notice but her that benefited me.
