We have bought and sold 6 or 7 house, Jeanette is the best realtor we have ever worked with. Great attention to detail, walked us verbally through the contract and many other documents that needed to be signed. Found out a lot of info that helped us navigate our decision-making. She sold so much stuff we needed to get rid of, bought new things to help make the house better. She, patiently, listened to our complaints and, sometimes whining. She was a tough negotiator, and our protection was her number one concern. She is so knowledgeable! With 32 years in the business, her contacts are invaluable. We totally would use her again and again, if this was possible. We have to mention, also, that she sold our house six figures over the asking price! Thank you, Jeanette Nelson!
