I am writing this review after I my house was sold. I have to admit I was very hesitate on hiring a real estate agent. I did list my house for sale on several sites and had a few parties interested but did not get it sold. I needed to get the house sold as I had already bought another. I talked with Kat a few times and got some information from her and still thought that I could sell my house on my own. After about a week I decided to go ahead and enlist Kat to sell my house she understood that I needed to get it sold ASAP as I was paying 2 mortgages. She went took pictures and had it listed within 2 days. I had a few offers within a week. I have been able to have the house sold and very happy that I decided to hire Kat.
