The leads are not that great & they hang up on you & unsubscribe and I paid 3k plus 30 percent referral. the reason why it isn't lower is just because I was able to convert 2- but that is not very good I don't think.

Overall, decent lead gen. Platform could be improved, especially with more transparency of how/why/what/where the leads are coming from. It would assist in better agent/consumer connection. Also, the messaging provided to consumers seems to be a bit misleading as I’ve been on a couple appointments where people think I’ve come with a cash offer. It’d be nice to see a better referral rate. I pay for 4 sponsored zips and on my third transaction of the year. So yay, business I wouldn’t necessarily have, but between the fee and sponsorship, Sold.com is getting an average of almost $1300/month…

Leads are okay. Some people think I am bringing a cash offer instead of being advised they are meeting with a realtor. After converting some clients, I feel inundated with texts and emails about closing when the buyers contingency period to cancel the purchase has not passed. Once passed, I am inundated with texts and emails about when the payment will be received and we have not closed the deal. In my state, my broker is required to send the payment after we have the check from the closing attorney and we already have a co-op agreement on file with our real estate commission to pay the broker after closing. So, there are a lot of distracting messages that slows down other work I have going on.

Not having an invoice to print and mail with my check or transaction number to coordinate with makes me feel like I'm paying some Joe on the street. You can never be to careful these days with scammers. And I don't like the sketchy feeling I get with this company.

In 23 years of selling real estate this transaction by far was the most difficult to close. If I wasn’t already so invested in this transaction I would have terminated the listing. Seller wasn’t forthcoming and not really ready to sell. Sold.com should do a better job of qualifying these leads.

I paid for the past 2 years to receive leads. Then after you get a client and close you need to give them an additional 30% of the commission. After the realtor had done all the work Sold.com makes you pay for the lead and then they take another 30% of the commission. Not worth it at all plus the leads are not good either.

I’m not happy with the quality of leads. Some don’t know I’m calling and one lady didn’t know she had booked an in home meeting and I stood in rain while she talked. Also, why isn’t my rank badge switched to Gold or platinum. I’ve closed over 10% of the actual opportunities I’ve had… please also update my days on market… I noticed others didn’t have that on their profile. My days on market is less then 30 days…

This is the first lead that I have worked for Sold.com. It was a very complicated situation, but my legal team and I have been able to sort everything out for this seller. The Sold.com interface has been very easy to navigate, and the team has been very responsive to all of my questions. I look forward to doing many more deals with Sold.com in the future.
