The Sold.com website says, “We believe in putting our customers’ needs first. There’s no pay to play with Sold.com. Every recommendation is based on what is best for the homeowner.” However, that is not true. They get you to sign up and then want you to "buy your zip codes" at a "discounted limited time price" of ONLY $50 per zip code and that guarantees you are at the top of the list. So experience aside or ability aside you are pushed down if you don't participate in their zip code program. This is what a "pay to play" referral program is... so not sure how they claim they are not one. Then they want a % of the sale also going back to Sold.com. Be careful and know what you are signing up for! ***since it won’t let me respond to their comment. I am a top agent in the market with OVER 70 closed transactions last year. So if that isn’t a top agent…. WHATEVER! They base it off how many sold in a specific zip code not your overall production. Don’t let their comments fool you! Love how they say I am “apparently not a top agent” when they don’t know my production! Basically like I said, pay to play.

Referral fee too high, seller had to recollection of even speaking to them did not realize they would be taking part of my commission and would have never agreed to that if known. They were very satisfied with my level of service and distraught I was not paid full commission.

I report things through wild.com but constantly get texts and calls asking questions about adding info on sold.com. I have to tell them over and over that i did! I need more listings, most listings they send, when I call the owners they say I never said I wanted to list, or no I’m not listing! I really need listings but I spend a lot of time getting to the listings sold.com send me to, and they turn me away , I do spores what I get and it works out but would love more true listings

More than half the time appointments were scheduled by sold.com concierge service, these sellers either did not realize they made an appointment or felt that they were pushed into it. on multiple occasions my agents and I went to meet these sellers and they were not home or not prepared to meet. Further, we were told by SOLD.com not to call before going to the appointments, just to show up. I would go so far as to say that these are in some cases deceptive business practices. Let's be clear, I am a successful, hard working broker who knows how to CLOSE business. I have closed business with SOLD.com leads, but to be sure, you cannot trust these leads at face value. Guard your time.

It started as a joke that I have never met James M. in person. Then it became annoying that he was too busy to met his clients. I understand he is very busy and has lots of deals going on. Even Travis Crow went weeks with no contact. We all know selling a house is a huge transaction, you have to make your sellers feel important, I did not feel that was, and I even disussed this with him. My different buyer agent was on top of everything, Her review will be 5 star!
