SOLD.comReviews of sold.com

The client was great! It was a bit confusing at first because he didn't have a house to sell - he was selling the land next to his home. But after we established what he wanted to sell, we were able to work together from getting it subdivided, listed, under contract, and closed!

Other than the normal things related to the house maintenance, I did not do a thing. All the legal and financial parts were managed by the agency. It was a good experience. I would recommend Brian and his agency to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house.

They answered all my questions and we're very helpful with coaching me through the selling process it very easy to understand step by step and did not try to hurry me or make too quick of a decision on what needed to be done or I was also not used to the real estate selling process and they made it very very easy for me to understand and complete what needed to be done to sell a home and it was a very fast moving process from the time I met with Chris till we closed was actually less than a month very professional and very easy to work with out of a 1 to 10 rating I would give him a 12 hard-working man no qualms whatsoever and when I tried to reach him always spot on replies fast moving process best I've ever seen and made it very easy for me being an experienced in real estate to complete what needed to be done and recommend him to anyone that wants to sell their home you will find no better I really appreciate that professionalism and accuracy of what he said would happen and everything he said happened went very very well I'm impressed and if I had it to do over I would do nothing different Chris done one heck of a good job very very congenial he honestly knows his stuff couldn't get a better realtor thanks again so much Chris

My son died and my Title Company, selling agent, and everyone helped me, as I couldn't be there.

Tyler was the best!

Soon after contacting sold.com I was contacted by a realtor. We discussed the sale of my home and what I could expect. She reviewed houses in my area what they were selling for and came up with a fair asking price. We put the house on the market within 2 weeks and with 6 showings we had an offer on the house. We closed on 2/29/24. I’m very satisfied with the entire process and the realtor was the best.

Bob Pfister was extremely help full from start to finish we started last March unfortunately there were a lot of road blocks along the way Bob was there to advice me I had never sold a house before he guided me and made it very easy he explained everything I needed to know I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home

Linda Duba is an exceptional agent. Treats you like family and keeps in touch. I managed 850 agents in 25 offices and she rated right at the top of all agents I’ve dealt with in the Chicago area where I worked. I am retired now and knew what I was looking for in an agent. Linda is outstanding!
