My order was out of stock. Instead of just make me wait, Solace sent me a free bottle of another flavor to compensate for my wait. I have consistently found Solace's customer service to be top-notch, with quick responses from people who are actually empowered to help you.

Excellent product. One of the only places I have found in all the world that reliably sells Vanilla as a flavor of salt nic. the only problem is in the shipping. whether you pay for two day shipping or fork over for overnight, you're not getting your stuff until the next week. they send you the tracking number for the package days before it ships, and it doesn't update until the day after you get it.
Response from Solace VaporFeb 14, 2020
Scott, thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We are so sorry that your package got delivered to you later than expected. Please know that we are always here to help you with anything you need. Holidays and weekends affect the shipping process and if anytime you pay for a priority/express shipping and your package arrives late, please feel free to reach out to us and we will make sure to make things right for you.

It was great ordering from Solace. I found what I liked and wanted, ordered it, and it was shipped directly to me. I was told at the local vape store that it would take a year to restock the particular flavor I was looking for so I went to the source and had it in five days! Excellent product and service. Thank you Solace!
