All in all it was fine but I’d recommend using someone to ship other than USPS. The deliveries require a signature and majority of their drivers will never knock or ring on the bell and causes me to go to their office

I would have given a “5-star” rating if it wasn’t for my order taking a week to get here. Paid $5 for shipping... but delays might be due to USPS, not Solace.

Ordered and paid for six items but only received two. Emailed customer service and received no reply. Anywhere else this would be considered theft! Update: company did eventually reach out and make things right.

I was shocked to say the least when I signed in to the site to find Everything has changed. Maybe I missed any notification that it was happening. I found that All of my favorites were gone. However, I took the companies advice on comparable flavors and was intensely Disappointed. I preferred the Salty Man line for the very flavorful taste. And in my opinion, the new flavors are Not There. It was like someone forgot to put it in. I've Always used Solace Products, but now for the Very First Time since starting vaping almost 3 years ago I find myself thinking I will have to try others. Not sure yet on that. As far as customer service and deliveries, this company can't be beat.
