My advocate is caring and helpful in guiding me with managing my health issues.

Our Solace nurse advocate, Megan, immediately picked up the reins and did all the legwork required to assist me in scheduling second opinions for my husband, at a National Cancer Institute, out of state. She was able to make two different appointments with two different doctors, back-to back, and made sure they had all the medical records in time for the appointments. Based on the time and effort required when I made the appointments for the first opinion, countless phone calls, texts and emails required to get all the records, imaging, pathology reports, etc, she saved me hours and days of frustration.
