I just turned 71 and because of technology changing obtaining medical care is a nightmare for me. This service has so far improved my quality of life and reduced the stress of dealing with our insurance run and cared for medical quagmire. Title: Finally, Someone Who Listens, Takes Action, and Gives Families Hope! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Solace Health and our incredible patient advocate, Ilona! My mom has been battling Parkinson’s disease for approximately 13 years. As her condition has progressed, our family has struggled to find proactive medical support, answers, and someone willing to look beyond simply telling us to accept the disease’s progression. Then we found Solace. From our very first interactions, Ilona has been absolutely extraordinary! Her compassion, responsiveness, incredible sense of urgency, and genuine determination to help my mom have exceeded every expectation. She listens, takes our concerns seriously, and makes us feel like we finally have someone in our corner. We’re working to address complicated medications, involuntary movements, nutritional concerns, weight loss, and access to Parkinson’s specialists and advancements in treatment. Although we are just beginning this journey, the level of support and advocacy has already made an enormous difference. Having spent much of my career in healthcare leadership, I recognize exceptional patient-centered care when I see it. Solace is filling a tremendous gap in our healthcare system. I also had the privilege of communicating personally with Jeremy, the founder, whose genuine concern for our family speaks volumes about the culture he is building. Tahira W. Is my nurse and I am so grateful for her. She’s always available to help in any way she can. She is both personable and professional. Helped me navigate my way in a new area and found me an excellent doctor. I know should I ever need assistance with a walker, cane, doctor, transportation or any other things, she will be there. Excellent service, I recommend her to everyone.

Solace Health deserves 5 stars in my opinion. My advocate Denise, helped me a whole lot. I only wish my insurance still covered this.
