Solace has done nothing to help me, yet they billed my insurance $ 1000.00. I personally find this sketchy at best, fraudulent at worst.

My daughter 18 yrs was a client at Solace but left due to staff conflict. She was in need of treatment and contacted Solace. Pedro completed intake. He told her she was accepted and pack your bags. She needed to sign a form not to leave Solace without approval. Unfortunately, my daughter is going thru problems and needed immediate residential help. We met with owner Sam in one of the offices. He yelled at my daughter because she smoked a few puffs in the care. She apologized and regretful. She told him she needed help. Well, I sat in the office feeling the worse because he talks down to people and makes you feel terrible about your addiction. Owner Sam likes to talk about how he once had problems with drug addiction and how he is a self made success story. You think the man would have some compassion because he has kids. He went on to tell us that his daughter is doing well, she bought a car and has her own apartment. Since, he referred to his 19 yr old daughter and I thought he would have compassion and help my daughter. He looked at my daughter and told her that the residential house had some good people there. And he will not accept her to this treatment at Solace. He referred her to a place far away with no residential. The Owner Sam claims to understand the drug disease. But, his a big shot with so many beautiful houses. I never met him before in person. My daughter would tell me he yells and talks down to residents. I had to sit there and listen to him belittle us, just because I was in desperate need for my daughter to get help. I have worked in public service for over 25 years. I have never heard any of our attorneys talk down to clients in need of understanding and make them feel undeserving and worthless. SOLACE IS SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. THANK YOU

I had a scheduled appointment on my day off 7/27 at 10:00 a.m. I had been deluged with marketing pop ups and decided to try as I have struggled to find healthcare since I moved. After waiting for 34 minutes and getting unrespondable texts saying my physician would be with me shortly I received another text asking me to re-schedule. I have continued to be bombarded with marketing but when I tried to reschedule their bookings were full up. Another over marketing ploy to take advantage of the elderly ?? I certainly think so !!!

4 phone calls. Zero progress. Repeatedly asked the same questions. But given no answers. Guessing you are paid by the call not the solution.

Solace is the worst outfit I have dealt with. To me this is a scam targeted towards seniors and Medicare. I was so disappointed. I use to work when I was younger with seniors. Never treated seniors this way. They are extremely pushy cause they make big big bucks treating seniors like trash by lying to them and pushing them to do what they want. Tried to leave a review on Solace but it would not allow you to answer the way you wanted and hope don’t post anything from me. Do not trust or go with this outfit cause they should not be operating in my opinion. My advice run the other way unless you like lots of problems that they will cause for you.

It took 3 appointments before I had my initial one. The first two, I sat there for an hour with my video on waiting and they eventually said the dr wasn’t available. I changed plans and other appointments to do those so I was pretty upset. Then i finally talked to my supposed advocate who seemed fine, she was nice, experienced in the medical field and made promises none of which have been fulfilled. I told her in the initial visit that I didn’t have phone access during the day yet she continued to call during the day. Then she said we could next but never said anything back really. Another promise with nothing. In fact she asked what she could do for me and I was like well, maybe the first things you told me you were going to do which is speed up my appointment and find me a new dr. She’s never done anything or given any information. She just says she’s there and she cares. And charging thousands to my insurance! For what?! I was so excited to have someone to help and instead it’s caused me more stress and disappointment. I could have spent my very limited time and energy on doing something for myself instead of wasting my breath. So stressful and upsetting. 😔 🤦‍♀️

told me it was free then i got 3 months of bills all at once. then i learned that they do bill and they refuse to provide estimates until after the service is rendered. even my advocate didn't believe they would charge me so i believe they actually lie to their own employees...scam scam scam. stay away.

Solace Health's phone system is horrendous. Especially for the Deaf community who uses Video Relay Service. Sometimes, as it happens once in a while, the interpreter has technical issues and disconnects me - that left me abandoned and Solace Health phone line does NOT allow customers to call back. Twice this happened wasting my limited time and energy I have. I woke up very early for this 8:21am appointment and they were late. NOT acceptable. You'd expect with fancy technology today, issues like this wouldn't happen, but it did each time. Goodbye.
