She has been attentive, responsive, and persistent in helping move the matter forward. I truly appreciate the time and effort and professionalism that have been demonstrated throughout this process.

Monica has her act together she sees to it that I'm ready
Monica is very kind she is very patient with me as we try to maneuver my different doctors getting new doctors and sending medical records and she's been doing so much for me it is taking a big load off of me I'm having enough trouble getting to the doctors as it is but she keeps me straight.

My experience with Solace gets a five star rating for the outstanding communication between myself and my advocate, Helena responds to my texts within minutes of me sending them, she is always on top of any issues that come up, she is such great support

Makayla the Soul Rescuer
Makayla has totally relieved me of the horrendous and unnecessary burden since being diagnosed with the big C in January. It’s been a constant hassle with doctors and insurance to no avail. The last thing I needed when dealing with an illness like this. It’s meant everything to me that she has taken that overwhelming burden off my shoulders/brain/soul!
