Expectation to gain access to transportation for wheelchair bound person to appointments within a reasonable time frame and reasonable price. This is proving to be near impossible. If only my insurance would fund this service easily, it would not require a third party to be paid to assist with a much needed benefit. Getting hopes up has been discouraging.

I have a friend who is considering signing up with Solace, so I was checking out reviews. Fortunately, the majority of the reviews are positive and I did see where Solace responded to many reviews, especially those that involved a poor rating. I am highly disturbed though, that the review by Roger in March 2026, did not get a response from Solace. Not only was this man upset with Solace, it is obvious he is ready to give up on life!!….and this did not warrant a response from Solace??!!! Roger, please do not give up!!! Keep fighting not only for your health care, but for your life. There is help out there. Please seek it out.

My advacate was not educated about my condition and did not do much for me. I would not recomend this service. The communication could have been better. There was no discusion about cost or support of my treatment options.

The results were not what your ads promised/suggested.

I had a Dec 2nd appointment. No call , no reschedule.

I was working with one lady with whom I had a great rapport, but she left, and it hasn't been the same. I was right on the verge of my second knee replacement, a revision. Please note this isn't a criticism of the replacement advocate, but after you establish a relationship with one person that you really clicked with, it's not automatic with a new person. I really do not like having to change horses in midstream, and have seen several reviews mentioning a chaotic work environment from former advocates and clients as well. I'd like to know if the first one left because of this or was terminated. One thing I really do not like is how hard they can be to contact.
