I think that my assigned person
I think that my assigned person, Kathy, was great. I do think that the services that my individual assigned to me can be articulated in more detail as to what can be done for me. With all due respect I think that she came late in my process of preparing for my surgery.

My Heathcare advocate April was…
My Heathcare advocate April was extremely helpful, professional, & pleasant. April was persistent & checked in with me regularly with her progress. Although we didn’t get the results wanted, I would recommend using Solace & Health Advocate April for your Health concerns or issues. She worked very well with my personal Doctor & the Insurance Company.

Solace and my Advocate, Morgan Gradie
Morgan Gradie, my advocate, has been wonderful. She has guided me through the steps I need to take to have the outcome I need. I give her 5 * because I feel she cared for me. The only suggestion I give is for Solace, the company, itself. I thought Solace would simply take care of the whole problem and I didn't need to do the legwork. The ad for the company seemed to suggest that. However, that being said, I found the support given to be comforting.
